Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services - Awarding Of Passenger Transport Services In Line Traffic With Motor Vehicles In The Ravensburg District; Line Bundle Nordwest 2 (Line 12, Line 61, Line R60 And School Traffic Horgenzell). The District Intends To Be Awarded As A Task Authority And Responsible Authority In Accordance With Section 6 (1), 3 Öpnvg-Bw In Conjunction With § 8A Pbefg And Art. 2 Lit. C) Vo (Ec) No. 1370/2007, A Public Service Mandate (Ödla) Via Public Passenger Transport With Motor Vehicles In Accordance With Section 2 (1) Pbefg. The Award Takes Place By Way Of The Open Procedure. The Subject Of The Intended Ödla Are The Public Transport Services On Lines 12, 61, R60 And School Traffic In Horgenzell. The Transport Services Included At The Start Of The Operation (See Section 5.1.3.) Are Described In The Supplementary Document And The Draft Of The Local Transport Plan Of The District Of Ravensburg 2025 (See Section 2.1.4.). In Total, According To The Current Planning Status, The Traffic Diets To Be Awarded Amount To 388,243 Plant Kilometers Per Year. It Is Line Traffic According To § 42 Pbefg, Which Is Awarded As A Total Service. The Ödla Will Include Regulations That The Transport Offer Within The Changing Traffic Needs Or Financial Framework Conditions Determined In The Ödla Can Be Adapted To The Local Version In The Current Version And Other Changed Circumstances. The Operator Is Granted Exclusive Law Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Lit. F Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007. According To Section 8A (8) Of The Pbefg, The Exclusive Law Only Refers To The Protection Of The Traffic Services, Which Are The Subject Of The Public Service Order And Which Not Only Impaired The Passenger Potential Of These Services. The Competent Authority Determines The Spatial And Temporal Scope As Well As The Type Of Passenger Traffic Services That Are To Be Provided By Excluding Other Operators. The Operator Must Comply With The Requirements According To The Landesarifrau- Und Minimum Wage Law Baden-Württemberg (Ltmg). In Particular, The Relevant And Representative Collective Agreements ((Bz) Tv-Nbw, Wbo) Must Be Observed. The Operator As Well As Its Subsequent Companies And Rental Companies, Insofar As They Are Known Before The Order Is Issued, Must Submit The Necessary Declarations Of Commitment According To §§ 3 Paragraph 3, 4 Ltmg Before The Order Is Issued. With This Preliminary Information Of The Obligation To Publish, The District Complies With Section 8A Paragraph 2 Pbefg In Conjunction With Art. 7 Para. 2 Vo (Ec) No. 1370/2007.
