The Subject Of The Contract Is The Collection And Processing Of Waste With Code 19 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Items) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Generated From Large -Scale Waste: 1) Waste Constituting The Subject Of This Order Will Come From The Municipal Waste Development Plant In Adamki Podlasie Sp. Z O.O. (White Installation 185 B, 21-300 Radzyń Podlaski); 2) These Waste Is Generated As A Result Of Mechanical Fragmentation Of Large -Size Waste With A Code Of 20 03 07; 3) Waste Does Not Contain Metal Elements; 4) Waste Will Be Transferred With Looseness; 5) The Waste Will Be Transferred To The Contractors Of The Loco Employer And Loaded To The Meps Of The Contractor At The Expense Of The Employer And Weighted On The Balance Of The Ordering Party; 6) The Average Loading Time Of One Car Is About 30 Minutes, While The Weight Of One Waste Load Is About 17-20 Mg; 7) Waste Collection By The Contractor Will Take Place On Business Days From 7.00-20.00; 8) The Contractor May Examine Waste At The Employers Installation On Business Days From 7.00 To 15.00. Interested Contractors Are Asked To Submit An Application For An Inspection To The E-Mail Address: Biuro@Zzok-Adamki.Pl. In The 12-Month Period Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Provides For Waste Collection In An Amount Of 2500 Mg. Note: The Employer Informs That The Amount Of Waste Indicated Above For Collection During The Period Of The Contract Is Only Estimated. The Actual Amount Of Waste During The Period Of Order Processing Will Depend On The Needs Arising From The Contracting Authority. The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Employer If The Actual Demand For Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract During Its Implementation Is Smaller Than The Assumed, Indicated Above, Except That The Minimum Mass Of Waste Provided For Collection By The Contractor Is At The Level Of 1500 Mg. The Performance Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Law, In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2556, As Amended) And With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).
