The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Abovementioned Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Offer. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Is In The Template Of The Contract (Which Constitutes The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 281 (1) (7) Of The Public Procurement Law), Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. 5. The Order Is To Be Carried Out With Due Diligence And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In Swz With Attachments And Possible Information For Contractors. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract At The Stage Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 6. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Employer To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Swz Content. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Thus, The Contractor Is Obliged In Annex 3 To Swz-Description Of The Subject Of The Order-Price Formula For Each Offered Item Net Unit Price And Complete The Price Calculation In Accordance With The Requirements, Including The Manufacturers Name, Type/Model/Catalog Number Of The Offered Product Or Other Assigned To This Product The Parameter Identifically Identifying The Offered Product As Well Evidence. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Unused, Undamaged, Unpopular, Having No Signs Of Damage And Use, Clean, Dusty And Washed, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, It Cannot Be The Subject Of Third Party Rights, And Must Also Come From Current Production. The Order Of The Contract Must Meet All Applicable Legal Norms Of The Security Of Polish Provisions And The European Union, Have All Required By Law, Marking In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Is To Be Delivered In A Security Package. 8. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed Once And Includes, Among Others Costs Of Transport, Insurance, Delivery, Bringing Furniture To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Assembly. 9.
