Meters Parking - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Parking Meters To The Paid Parking Zone In Jelenia Góra As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Creation Of A Paid Parking Zone. 1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged Under The Main Subject Of The Contract To: 1) Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of 35 Parking Meters, In Which The Purchase Of A Parking Ticket Is Carried Out Using: Coil, Payment Card And Blik Payment System - As A Task I, Including: - Delivery Of 20 Pieces Of Additional Cassettes For The Collection Of Coil Or Portable Containers For Bailing Bay; - Providing The Contracting Authority With A Set Of Technical Documentation, I.E. The Technical Specification Of Parking Meters Together With The Manufacturers Warranty Document, 2) Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of 5 Parking Meters, In Which The Purchase Of A Parking Ticket Is Carried Out Using: Payment Card And Blik Payment System - As Task Ii; 3) Launching And Maintaining A System For Supervising Parking Meters, Its Ongoing Update And Providing The Contracting Authority With Access To Data From Parking Meters Through The Supplied Supervisory System, Located On The Contractors Server (During The Warranty Period, At Least 36 Months), Including: - Training Indicated By The Contracting Authority Employees In The Field Of Service And Service Of Delivered Parking Meters And It Systems Together With The Transfer Of Training Materials Certificate (On The Conditions Specified In Point 15 Opz - Volume Iii). At The Same Time, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Resuming For The Period Of Another 12 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Contract Within The Originally Set Time, I.E. The Basic Scope Of The Contract - As Task Iii. 4) Comprehensive Maintenance Of Delivered Parking Meters And Systems In The Warranty Period (At Least 36 Months), I.E. Conducting Organizational And Technical Activities Related To Comprehensive Service And The Current Maintenance Of Parking Meters And A System Supervising Their Work- As Task Iv. 5) Providing The Employer With The Possibility Of Introducing Modifications To The System Supervising The Work Of Parking Meters And Software Of Parking Meters Made Available Under The Contract And Adding New Functions In This Software (On The Conditions Specified In Point 16 Opz - Volume Iii). 2 3. In The Event Of A Resolution By The City Council Of The City Of Jelenia Góra With The Extension Of The Paid Parking Zone In The City, The Contracting Authority As Part Of This Order Provides For The Law Of An Increase, Which Means That The Contracting Authority, During The Contract, Will Have The Option Of Increasing The Subject Of The Basic Contract By: 1) Purchase, Delivery, Assembly Along With Launching An Additional 22 Parking Meter (In The Configuration: 17 Pcs. Parking Meters, Bilon, Blik; 5 Pcs. Parking Meters: Card, Blik) With The Same Parameters And Equipment As Parking Meters Covered By The Basic (Guaranteed) Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 4.2. (With Incorporation Of Them In The System Supervising Parking Meters And Technical Service), And 2) Providing 10 Additional Items By The Contractor
