Expert Witness Services - General Services Of Static Projects (Technical Project, Technical Work Project, Part Of Work Project). General Expert Services Of Construction Projects (Technical Design, Technical Work Project, Part Of The Work Project). Preliminary Quantities Of Services Purchased Are Specified In Annex 1 To The Description Of The Conditions Of The Tender, And They May Be Reduced Or Increased At The Time Of The Performance Of The Contracting Authority. Minimal Services Will Be Ordered For Eur 150,000.00 Including Vat (Or Eur 123,966.94 Excluding Vat, Provided That The Supplier Is Non -Vat Or The Service Is Exempt From Vat Or Other Reasons For The Final Amount Payable To The Supplier). Maximum Services May Be Ordered For Up To Eur 302,500.00 Including Vat (Or Eur 250,000.00 Excluding Vat, If The Supplier Is Non -Vat Or The Service Is Exempt From Vat Or Other Reasons For The Final Amount Due To The Contracting Authority) In The Absence Of Funding, The Contracting Authority Has The Right Not To Enter Into A Contract With The Winner Of The Contract And Shall Have The Right To Terminate The Contract After The Contract Is Concluded.
