Tenders Are Invited For Various Landscape Maintenance And Associated Services Across A Number Of Zones In The Sunshine Coast Council Region. The Services Include But Are Not Limited To:(A)Defect And Hazard Inspections;(B)Open Space Landscape Maintenance;(C)Road Network Landscape Maintenance;(D)Environmental Operations Landscape Maintenance;(E)Corporate Facility Landscape Maintenance;(F)Bioretention System Maintenance;(G)Herbicide And Pesticide Application;(H)Chemical Free Maintenance;(I)Garden Bed Planting;(J)Mulching Garden Beds And Trees;(K)Fertilising And Amelioration;(L)Contract Reporting; And(M)Supplementary Works (Various).This Is A Separable Portions Contract, Consisting Of The Following:•Separable Portions A-M, For Open Space Landscape Maintenance, •Separable Portions N And O, For Road Network Landscape Maintenance, •Separable Portions P-R, For Environmental Operations Landscape Maintenance. Further To The Above Separable Portions, This Contract Has Additional Separable Portions S-U Which Will Consist Of Multiple Contractors, For Any Ad-Hoc Requirements Required By Council, To Support The Workload Overflow Of Other Contractors, And/Or Minor Project Works, As Follows:•Separable Portion S, For Open Space Landscape Maintenance, •Separable Portion T, For Road Network Landscape Maintenance, And•Separable Portion U, For Corporate Facility Landscape Maintenance.This Is A Schedule Of Rates Contract, Commencing On 1 July 2025 And Expiring 30 June 2028, With Two (2) Further Extension Options, Each Of Up To 12 Months, At Council’S Sole Discretion.
