The Agreement Consists Of: - Delivering Containers And A Storage Bin For The Various Waste Streams; - Weighing And Registering The Weight Per Container/Storage Bin; - The Transport Of Full Containers/Storage Box With Street Cleaning Resign To A Recognized Processor; - The (Having) Processed Of The Street Cleaning Repair By A Recognized Processor; - Reporting Monthly. Separate Agreements Could Be Concluded For Transport And For The Processing Of The Streets Of Streets. This May Result In An Agreement Being Entered Into With Different Contractors. However, The Municipality Wants To Contract One Contractor So That It Gets One Point Of Contact For The Transport And Processing Of The Waste. The Municipal Waste Policy Can Therefore Be Implemented Effectively And Easily. The Assignment Is Thus Combined. If The Assignment Is Split By, For Example, A Plot Layout, More Coordination Is Necessary. This Brings Extra Activities And Therefore More (Internal) Costs. If The Coordination Does Not Go Optimally, This Can Lead To A Delay And Thus Extra Nuisance For Stakeholders (For Example, Residents, Employees Of The Municipal Yard). The Municipality Is Therefore Responsible For The Planning And Coordination Of Implementation. Because All This Is Not In The Interest Of The Municipality, No Plot Layout Is Applied. The Agreement Is Entered Into For An Initial Period Of 4 Years, Plus Twice The Possibility To Extend By 1 Year Each Time. An Agreement Is Entered Into With One Service Provider.
