At The Time Of The Preparation Of This Procedure, The Evaluation Committee Examines The Submitted Tenders By The Participants. It Is Envisaged That The Future Contractor Of The Contract For Engineering Of The Site: Mountain Repair Of The Municipal Road Pvn 1151-/ Ii-35/ Pleven-Jasen/ Iii-3005/ From Km 5 +419 To Km 12 +800 To Prepare An Investment Project In The Phase Technical Project. The Category Of The Site According To Art. 137 Of The Spa Is The Third Category. The Deadline For Exercising Construction Supervision Is Until The Establishment Of The Site/Construction In Operation. The Period For Exercising Construction Supervision Begins To Run From The Date Of Receipt Of A Contract And Expires With The Commissioning Of The Site. The Deadline For Preparation Of The Evaluation Of Conformity Of The Investment Project Is Within This Period, As Of The Submission By The Contracting Authority Of A Contracting Letter And The Investment Project To Be Evaluated, The Adoption Of The End Product (A Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project) Should Be Made Without Remarks From The Contracting Authority.
