The Laboratory Tests Carried Out At The Upv Facilities Are Not Enough To Ensure Proper Functioning Of The System In A Relevant Preclinical Experimentation Environment, So It Is Required To Perform Tests With Macacos To Detect And Adjust The Benefits Of The Ultrasonic Therapy System With Holography, As Well As To Demonstrate Its Operation In Neuromodulation Procedures In Preclinical Environment. It Is Required To Carry Out Various In Vivaccos Experiments To Ensure The Ability Of The System To Locate And Without Risk To The Animal, Allow The Monitoring Of Its Vital Constants In Real Time, Allow Access Of The Ultrasonic Beam To The Brain Structures To Be Treated, Prove And Adjust The Aqueous Coupling System Between The Emitter And The Animal, Adjust The Procedure Of Co-Registration Of Images For The Position Of The System, Check The Correct Operation Of The System.
