In Light Of The Above, Grid-Arendal Is Seeking A Supplier To Establish A Framework Agreement That Will Simplify The Procurement Process. Objectives The Primary Objectives Of This Framework Agreement Are: • Copyediting: To Enhance The Clarity, Coherence, And Readability Of Documents While Ensuring Grammatical Accuracy And Adherence To The Organizations Style Guide. • Translation: To Provide Accurate And Culturally Appropriate Translations Of Documents From Source Language To Target Language And Vice Versa, Maintaining The Original Meaning And Context. • Design/Layout: To Create Visually Engaging Layouts And Graphics For Documents, Presentations, And Promotional Materials That Align With The Organizations Branding Guidelines. Scope Of Work The Service Provider Will Be Expected To Perform The Following Tasks: • Copyediting: O Review And Edit Documents For Grammar, Punctuation, Spelling, And Syntax. Reporting And Communication • The Service Provider Will Report To The Designated Contact Person At Ga And Maintain Regular Communication To Ensure Alignment With Project Requirements And Timelines. • Progress Updates And Drafts Should Be Submitted According To The Schedule Agreed Upon In Each Task Order. Timeline • The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of 3 Years. • Specific Timelines For Individual Projects Will Be Outlined In Separate Tors Issued Under This Framework Agreement.
