Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Of Rainwater Sewage System Along Poviat Roads And Liquefaction Of Rainwater From The Tank Along Poviat Road No. 1510C (M. Dobrcz At The Dino Store)

1) The Subject Of The Order Are Services Related To The Ongoing Maintenance And Cleaning Of The Rainwater Sewage System Along Poviat Roads In The Bydgoszcz Poviat And The Liquefaction Of Rainwater From The Tank Along Poviat Road No. 1510C In Dobrcz At The Dino Store. 2) The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others, Cleaning Of Rain Inlets, Cleaning Separators Along With Export And Transfer To The Neutralization Of Waste, Cleaning Of Linear Drainage, Cleaning Rainwater Sewage Systems, Cleaning The Evaporation Tank For Rainwater, Clearing The Culverts Under The Roads, Removal Of The Laps .3) The Detailed Scope Of The Contract Is Specified In The Order. Annex 5 - Scope Of Works And Detailed Technical Specification (Hereinafter: Sst), Constituting Attachments To This Swz. 4) Equipment Necessary To Perform The Service Should Be Prepared To The Extent That It Can Be Ready For Use From The Moment Of Making The Decision To Take Action On The Road. 5) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Based On Telephone And Email Orders. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Will Be Specified In Orders Transferred To The Contractor Along With The Type Of Work, Their Scope And The Exact Location. 6) The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actual Number Of Services Rendered. An Extraordinary Situation Is Every Situation That Requires Unplanned Intervention, Including Save Life, Property, Road Safety. 9) All Materials And Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. All Materials Supplied And Used By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Previously Unused Free From Physical And Legal Defects, In Particular The Burden Of Third Parties. To Perform The Work, Use Materials With Required Approvals And Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard. 10) The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Overall, Including For The Course And Timely Performance Of The Contract, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Contract. Downness To The Performance Of The Contract Is Required, Understood As The Care Of A Professional In The Activities Covered By The Subject Of This Contract. 11) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Fulfilled Taking Into Account The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Availability For People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Referred To In Art. 6 Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability To People With Special Needs (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411, As Amended), I.E. The Contractor Should Mark The Work Area, In Particular On Sections Where The Pavement Is Currently Located, Visibly And Unquestionable As To Their Character, Ensure The Necessary Help For Disabled People, In Particular Inactic And In Particular And In Particular And In Particular, And In Particular Moving In Wheelchairs.
