This Order Is Automatically Extended Up To Four Times After The Basic Term, If Neither Of The Two Parties Canceled This Agreement In Writing 6 Months Before The Expiry. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Services: Service Scope (Roughly Described) Consisting Of: - Telephone Support, (German -Language) - License Creation/Care, - Provision Of Manufacturer -Specific Software Updates, - Support By The Manufacturer (Second Level Support) - Variable Pricing: Basic Price + Volume -Dependent Price, Depending On The Number Of Licenses And The Active Hardware Components. The Technical And Commercial Requirements For The Provision Of Services Are Described In The Documents Lb - Technical Part And Lb - Commercial Part Relatively Rough And Incomplete. If The Offer Is Requested, These Requirements May Still Be Refined. The Bidders Are Only Requested To Make Proposals For Setting Up These Service Services With The Offer - A Descriptions Of The Service Provision, Payment Terms, The Client - The Client - When Adding And Decommissioning New/Existing Components.
