The Municipality Of Utrecht Has Opted For A New Hiring Model, Where One Contractor (Broker) Ensures The Delivery Of (A Large Part Of The Required) Hiring Forces Including Broker Services And A Vendor Management System (Jointly Referred To As Broker Services). This New Hiring Model Replaces The Current Working Method, Whereby Hiring Forces Is Mainly Hired Via The Dynamic Purchase System (Das) And Also Through A Few Framework Agreements. It Is The Intention Of The Municipality Of Utrecht To Organize The New Hiring Model Through A European Tender. This Is Provisionally Planned In Quarter 3-4 Of 2025.
