1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Of Service Of City Bikes In The City Of Czeladź In 2025. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver All Necessary Items And Devices, And To Organize, Current Management And Use Of The City Bike System In Czeladź. The Rm System System Consists Of 4 Bicycle Stations Equipped With 4 Information Totems, 78 Bicycle Racks, 50 Bikes, Together With Accompanying Software Enabling The Use Of Bicycle Rental. The Stations Referred To Above Are Located In The Places Described In Point 2.3 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Opz) Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. Detailed Conditions For Using The Rm System In Czeladz Will Specify The Rules Of Using The Rm System (Hereinafter: Regulations). 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Contracting Authority A Warranty For Defects, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Civil Code, I.E. For A Period Of 2 Years. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 2 To Swz - And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Take A Local Vision And The Contractor Check The Documents Necessary To Perform The Order Available On Site At The Ordering Party.
