The Assignment Focuses On Supporting Owner-Residents In Taking At Least One Insulating Measure In Their Home. This Can Be Achieved Through Municipal Regulations, Including The Insulation Molenlanden Subsidy And The Current Do-It-Yourself Action. The Aim Is To Encourage Owner-Residents To Make Their Homes More Energy Efficient And To Lower Energy Costs, In Line With The Objectives Of The Spuk Lai. The Target Group Consists Of Owner-Residents Of Homes With: 1. A Maximum Woz Value Of € 429,300; And 2. An Energy Label D, E, F Or G, Or A Comparable Energy State. A Home Is Considered Energetically Comparable When At Least Two Of The Following Building Parts Are Insufficient Or Not Insulated: - Floor And Soil; - Facade, Including Cavity Wall; - Roof, Attic Floor And Loft Floor; - Windows, Frame Panels And Doors. -
