The Reason Is The Update Of The So -Called Recognized Energy Saving Measure List (Eml). The Eml Was Drawn Up In 2015-2017 And Updated For The First Time In 2018/2019. The Most Recent Update Took Place In 2022/2023. The Update Is Linked To The Four -Yearly Submission Data Of The Energy Saving Information Obligation. The So -Called Eml Relates To The Duty To Make The Energy Consumption From The Activities Living Environment Decree (Bal) (Article 5.15) And To The Energy Saving Obligation From Decree On Building Living Environment Decree (Article 3.84). The Eml Also Applies To The Information Obligation Energy Saving From The Ball And The Bbl (Articles 5.15A And 3.84A Respectively). Appendices Vii And Xiv Of The Environmental Regulations Include Lists With Recognized Measures For Buildings, Facilities And Processes. In Appendices Viiaa And Xiva Of The Environment Regulation, Lists Are Specifically Included For The Greenhouse Horticulture Sector. € 620,000 For Plot 1 And Plot 2 Together. An Agreement Will Be Concluded For Both Plot 1 And Plot 2, With A Term Until June 30, 2028.
