Tenders Are Invited For Construction Work For Commercial Buildings, Warehouses And Industrial Buildings, Buildings Relating To Transport-The Realization And Operation Of A P-Hub At Van Amstelpark At The Tu Delft Campus Zuid
Construction Work For Commercial Buildings, Warehouses And Industrial Buildings, Buildings Relating To Transport-The Realization And Operation Of A P-Hub At Van Amstelpark At The Tu Delft Campus Zuid. Tu Delft Is Looking For A Party Or A Consortium Of Parties That At The Van Amstelpark At The Tu Delft Campus Zuid For Its Own Account And Risk A Mobility Hub (P-Hub) Realizes With A Capacity Of At Least 750 Parking Spaces + 50 Bicycle Parking Places. The Contractor Is Asked To Operate And Maintain The P-Hub For A Period Of 30 Years. At The End Of This First Exploitation Period There Is The Possibility To Extend The Agreement A Maximum Of Three Times With Five Years Each. The P-Hub Plays A Central Role In The Mobility Policy Of Tu Delft And Has To Contribute To A Balanced Range Of Parking Spaces At The Tu Delft Campus. It Must Also Contribute To Broader Objectives Of Tu Delft In The Field Of Circularity, Energy Efficiency And Electric Loading For Cars. The Primary Target Group Of This P-Hub Are The Subscription Holders, Companies That Have Settled Or Are Still Settling At Tu Delft Campus Zuid. For More Information, See The Tender Documents.
