The Actual Execution Of The Public Procurement Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Real Products Within The Financial Resources. The Exchange Of Documents And Communications Between Contracting Authorities, Candidates, Participants And Contractors Is Carried Out Through The Centralized Electronic Platform.
