Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services-Restricted Doeuvre Masters Competition For The Construction Of A Provisional School On The Terre-Sainte Sports Complex. As Part Of The Renovation Of Its School Heritage, The City Of Saint-Pierre Wishes To Rebuild The Edith Piaf School Group And Jean Albany, Located In The Terre-Sainte District. To Allow A Reconstruction In The Occupied Site Of These Educational Establishments, The Construction Of A Provisional School And Its Catering Is Planned Within The Nelson Mandela Sports Complex In Terre-Sainte. Provisional Lécole Will Be Dimensioned To Accommodate The Most Important Numbers, Namely Those Of Elementary Lecole Jean Albany. However, The Design Of Provisional Lecole Will Have To Integrate The Necessary Adaptations To Guarantee Operation Adapted To The Needs Of The Edith Piaf Maternal Lecole. Loperation Provides For The Construction Of A Provisional School And Satellite Cuisine With Refectory On A Dassiette Land Of An Area Of 3,700 M² Distributed On 2 Sites Within The Sports Complex: Lécole On Site 1, Catering On Site 2. Loperation Also Provides Laménagement Outdoor Spaces Necessary For The Functioning Of Lécole And Its Catering, The Lamuagement Of Landscaped Spaces And Vegetable Gardens As Well As A Covered Pedestrian Link Between Site 1 And Site 2. This Grip Is Supplemented By A Maximum Footprint Of 1,100 M2 In The Car Park Of The Sports Complex In Order To Reserve Specific Parking Spaces For Provisional Lecole. Once The Edith Piaf And Jean Albany School Group Has Been Reconstructed, All Or Part Of The Modular Can Be Kept On The 2 Sites For Another Use, Or Disassembled And / Or Transposable On Another Site. The Program Provides For The Construction Of The Following Surfaces: Useful Surfaces Building: 1,260 M² / Surface Of The Outdoor Spaces: 3,000 M². Forecast Financial Development Allocated To Work Is Estimated At 3,400,000 Euros Excl.
