The Helsinki Metropolitan Area City Transport Oy (Kloy Or Subscriber Representative) Will Organize A Tender For The Rautatientori Metro Station Project In Accordance With This Procurement Notification And Its Annexes. The Aim Of The Tendering Is To Choose A Contractor For A Collaborative Project Management Contract, With Whom The First Phase Of The Project Is Drawn Up For The Development Phase From June 2025 And In The Second Phase Of The Project To Implement The Project Management Contract. The Aim Of The Service To Be Purchased Is To Get A Reliable, Cooperative And Accurate Contractual Partner. Achieving The Goals Set For The Work Requires Confidential Cooperation From The Parties And Continuous Development Of Operations During The Contract Period. The Project Manager Undertakes To Cooperate With Any Other Service Providers Providing Services To The Subscriber, So That The Service Formed By The Service Works As Flexible And Without Interruption As Possible. The Information And Documents Related To The Participation Phase Must Be Prepared And Submitted At The Tender Service.Fi Service. The Application For Participation Must Include All The Information And Documents Requested. All Documents To Be Included In The Application Application Will Be Submitted To The Subscriber Via Tyypalvelu.Fi. On The Basis Of The Applications For Participation, The Subscriber Selects A Maximum Of Five (5) And At Least Three (3) Companies For Tenders. If There Are More Than Five (5) Candidates To Meet The Eligibility Requirements, The Subscriber Will Score Candidates Based On Corporate References On The Basis Of This Request For Participation In This Section Of The Procedure As Stated In The Procedure And Selects The Best Candidates Who Received Five (5) Points. Request For Participation: Some Of The Attachment Documents Of The Tendering Are Classified As Confidential When The Project Is Critical Infrastructure. Appendix Documents That Are Confidential Can Be Handed Over After Submitting A Secrecy Commitment Form (Annex A2) Signed To A Company Considering An Application For Participation.
