Koszarowa 5 In Wrocław (Hereinafter The Hospital), In The Tray System, Including Children From 5M To 18 Years Of Age Of Dinner And Afternoon Tea For Patients Of The Daily Center Of Psychiatry And Speech Disorders For Children And Adolescents At Ul. Wołowska 9 (Hereinafter The Center), In The Manner And On The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1B To Swz. The Expected Amounts Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Determined By Annex 1A Swz Assortment And Percentage Form. A Detailed Description Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1B And The Draft Contract Annex 5. 462 Para. 2 Of The Pzp Act, If They Are Already Known.
