The Object Of This Contract Is The Implementation Of All Interventions Relating To The Supply Of Hydraulic Equipment For The Works Of The Regional Multi -Sectoral System Of The Competence Of The Water Of The Waters Of Sardinia, According To The Needs That Will Manifest Themselves In The Time Span Of The Framework Agreement. With This Framework Agreement, To Be Implemented With Subsequent Application Contracts, The Contracting Authority Entrusts The Contractor The Aforementioned Supplies And Related Deliveries, And More Precisely The Execution Of The Supplies At The Works Of The Simr Managed By The Sgs And The Sng. All The Supplies And The Related Pre -Sales Deliveries And Services Necessary Are Included In The Contract, It Seems To Give Each Supply Of Supply Fully Carried Out, According To The Conditions Established In The Technical And Administrative Documentation Based On The Framework Agreement, To Which You Refer. The Amount Of The Tender -Based Contract Contains € 3,200,000.00 Net Of Vat, Of Which € 3,140,000.00 For Supplies And Services Subject To Reduction And € 60,000.00 For Non -Subject Safety Costs Down. The Option Of The Fifth Of A Must Pursuant To Art. 120, Paragraph 9, Of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, As Per The Tender Documents.
