Environmental Engineering Consultancy Services-Support Mandate For The 2025-2029 Groundwater Group. The Environment Service (Sen) Of The Canton Of Valais Assesses The Construction Files Put To The Public Inquiry Into The Various Areas Of The Environment. Within The Water Protection Section, The Groundwater Group Assesses Construction Files, Establishes The Legally Required Authorizations And Quantitatively And Qualitatively Monitors The Quality Of The Water. To Allow The Achievement Of The Different Objectives Of The Group In Terms Of Groundwater Protection, In The Official Languages Of The Canton, French And German, Support Is Necessary For The Following Activities: 1. Evaluation Of The Legal Compliance Of The Files Of Complex Construction; 2. Establishment Of Legal Authorizations Required For The Field Of Groundwater, Such As Drilling Authorization, Work Authorization In Protective Areas Or Derogation From The Building Prohibition, Building Permission Under The Average Level Of The Tablecloth; 3. Treatment Of Files For Revising Plans To Allocate Areas And Construction Regulations And Associated Areas.
