Tenders are invited for Provision of Tax Advisory and Controllership Services. Location: Kigali Deadline: Wednesday, 05/03/2025 17:00 SCOPE: The main scope of the services include the following elements. Monthly controllership, review of and advice on the financial reports Advisory on tax compliance and tax issues in everyday practice in the local and regional laws contexts Quarterly reporting on compliance of the organisation and ad-hoc management reporting Processing of tax opinions based on specific assignments Preparation of monthly and annual statutory taxes Representation of the organization by the inspection from tax authorities and assistance with the tax authorities enquiries and dispute resolution In-depth analysis of the tax treatment of the transactions carried out by the company (e.g. contracts, business transaction chains etc.) and presentation of the fiscal consequences arising for the company Notifications on legislative changes and processing of respective analysis Provide expert advice and guidance on tax planning, reporting, and compliance matters. Identify opportunities for tax optimization and cost saving strategies within the legal frameworks Offer support during external financial audits and assessments, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements Assistance in applying for available tax incentives and exemptions.
