Furniture- School And Office Furniture. The Assignment Concerns The Advice, Delivery, Assembly, Instruction And Aftercare Of School And Office Furniture For The Locations Of The Client As Mentioned In Section 1.2 Of This Tender Guide. The Contractor Must Carry Out The Assignment In Accordance With The Program Of Requirements As Included In Appendix 1. Client Reserves The Right To Scale Up And Down (School) Locations During The Agreement. Custom Furniture And Special Furniture For Practical Rooms Are Not Part Of The Scope Of The Assignment. Client Is Obliged To Determine A Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreements. The Value Of The Framework Agreements Was, In View Of The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreements And Taking Into Account Future Indexations, Set At A Total Of A Maximum Of € 2,000,000 Including Vat. The Extent Of The Assignment Is Determined As Accurately As Possible, But Set In Such A Way That The Client Has The Space To Purchase More Furniture If Necessary. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Amounts Mentioned.
