Top Management Consultancy In The Sense Of This Tender Includes All Consulting Services From Managers And Decision-Makers Of The Nrw.Bank, Especially In The Upper Management, In The Development And Implementation Of Strategic And Entrepreneurial Decisions. Essential Topics And Projects To Which The Advisory Services To Be Brought Are, Among Others. The Optimization Of The Funding Strategy As Well As The Corporate Structure, Risk Management And Crisis Management Measures, The Digital Transformation And The Introduction Of New Technologies, The Implementation Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements, The Implementation Of Measures Of Sustainability And Social Responsibility, The Development Of Growth Strategies As Well As Competitive Analysis And Change Management. The Planned Order Volume According To This Framework Agreement Is A Total Of 6,000 Personal Days (In Relation To The Maximum Permissible Overall Term Of The Framework Agreement Of Four Years), Staggered As Follows: - Partner: 900 Personal Days - Senior Consultant: 1,700 Personal Days: 3,400 Personal Days For Services From The The Framework Agreement Applies A Binding Maximum Cable Border Of A Total Of 7,200 Personal Days, Staggered As Follows: - Partner: 1,080 Personal Days - Senior Consultant: 2,040 Personal Days - Advisor: 4.080 Personal Days A Minimum Acceptance Obligation By Nrw.Bank Does Not Exist. The Nrw.Bank Is Not Obliged To Award Orders Within The Meaning Of This Framework Agreement Under The Framework Agreement (See Recommendation No. 61 Of Directive 2014/24/Eu). The Framework Agreement Exists With Up To 4 Companies. The Individual Orders Based On The Framework Agreement Can Be Awarded By Individual Calls Without A Re -Procurement Procedure, Insofar As All Conditions For Providing The Service Are Specified In The Framework Agreement. Otherwise, The Individual Orders Are Allocated Using A Renewed Award Procedure Between The Framework Contract Partners (Mini Competition). The Individual Orders May Only Be Carried Out By Consultants That The Respective Framework Agreement Partner Named In His Offer For This Framework Agreement, Or By At Least Comparable Consultants. The Contractor Is Responsible For Proof Of Comparability. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force On September 1St, 2025 And Has A Basic Term Until 31.08.2027. It Is Automatically Extended By Another Year If It Is Not Terminated In Writing By The Nrw.Bank Three Months Before The End, But At Most Until 31.08.2029. After The End Of The Maximum Term, The Framework Agreement Ends Without A Termination. The Same Applies If The Intended Maximum Cable Border Is Reached Before The Maximum Term Expires.
