This European Public Tender Relates To The Granting Of An Order For A Framework Agreement On “Steel For Bridges”, Between The Municipality Of Zaanstad (In Its Role As A Contracting Authority) And One Counterparty, For The Term Of Two Years With The Possibility Of Extending Twice One Year . The Assignment Relates To The Delivery Of Steel For Bridges, Including The Preceding Drawing, Engineering And Measurement. Maintenance And Repair Also Falls On Existing Bridges Within The Scope. The Program Of Requirements (Appendix 1) Mention Indicative Numbers, Based On A Real Estimate Of The Order Volume. With These Numbers We Want To Give The Best Possible Picture Of The Possible Size Of The Assignment. It Only Concerns An Estimate, You Cannot Derive Any Rights From This. In The Context Of The Framework Agreement, This Also Means That We Do Not Give You A Turnover Guarantee, And That We Are Not Obliged To (Full) Purchase Of The Requested Service. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Eur 700,000. If The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Has Been Reached, We Are Obliged To Cancel The Agreement, With Immediate Effect And Without Being Obliged To Pay Compensation.
