The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Along With The Delivery Of A New Agricultural Crust Trailer With Rear Hydraulic Emptying. 1. General Requirements1.1. The Delivered Trailer Must Be Brand New, Produced In 2024-2025.1.2. The Deadline For The Contract After Signing - A Maximum Of 45 Days. 1.3. The Delivered Trailer Should Be Adapted To Work In Heavy Terrain. 1.4. The Trailer Should Come From Serial Production, Not To Be A Prototype.1.5. The Delivered Trailer Must Be Prepared For Operation And Adapted To Move Along The Way. 1.6. Along With The Delivery Of The Trailer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: A) Ce Compliance Certificate, B) Trailer Warranty Book, C) Trailer User Manual (Dtr) In Polish, D) A Catalog Of Spare Parts With Drawings And Numbers Of Parts In The Paper Version And On The Medium Cd/Dvd, E) Full Documentation For Registration) Other Documents Necessary For The Operation Of The Vehicle.1.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Or Cooperate With At Least 1 Service Station Distant By No More Than 50 Km From The Waste Development Plant In Trzebani, Commune Osieczna.1.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For The Equipment Delivered For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months And 24 Months For Elements Of Power Hydraulics. The Warranty Period Begins On The Day Of Signing Without Comments On The Delivery And Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. 1.9. In The Event Of Any Defects During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Should Provide The Service Response Time Within 48 Hours, Counting On The Adoption Of A Written Notification Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Need For The Website. In The Event Of A Repair Lasting Longer Than 72 Hours, The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With A Substitute Trailer With Parameters As Close As Possible For The Time Repair. It Is Considered An Equivalent With A Written Form To Send An E-Mail To The Contractors Email Address. The Contractor Will Repair The Flaws Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 1.10. The Defect Should Be Removed In One Of The Trailer Service Stations Referred To In Point 1.7. Or Another Authorized Vehicle Service Station Indicated By The Contractor. The Cost Of Delivering The Equipment To/From The Workplace Of The Vehicle, I.E. The Waste Management Plant In Trzebani, Is Borne By The Contractor. 1.11. The Contractor Will Provide Training For The Employers Employees In The Field Of Operation Of The Supplied Equipment. 2. Detail Requirements Requires The Delivery Of A Trailer That Meets The Following Parameters: 2.1.
