Tenders Are Invited For The Provision Of Cyclical Catering Services For The Needs Of Meetings Organized At The Faculty Of Land Engineering Of The Warsaw University Of Technology
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Cyclical Catering Services For The Needs Of Meetings Organized At The Faculty Of Civil Engineering Of The Warsaw University Of Technology Tp/02/02/2025 2. Place Of Implementation: The Building Of The Faculty Of Civil Engineering At Al. Armii Ludowej 16, 00-637 Warsaw Or Other Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Latest 5 Days Before The Start Of The Event. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented Successively, In Accordance With The Contracting Representative, Sent Electronically, 4. The Deadline For Performing The Order: For 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract. 5. Catering Service No. 1 - Lunch: 1) The Expected Number Of Participants - A Maximum Of 600 People, Except That The Expected Number Of Participants Of A Single Meeting Will Be Not Less Than 10 People. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Reducing The Maximum Number Of People, I.E. 600. The Employer Will Settle Accounts With The Contractor For The Performance Of The Service Based On The Actually Issued Number Of Meals. 6. Catering Service No. 2 - Basic Coffee Service: 1) The Expected Number Of Participants - A Maximum Of 1000 People, Except That The Expected Number Of Participants Of A Single Meeting Will Be Not Less Than 10 People. 2) The Purchaser Allows The Possibility Of Reducing The Maximum Number Of People, I.E. 1000. The Employer Will Settle Accounts With The Contractor For Performing The Service On The Basis Of The Actually Issued Number Of Meals. 7. Catering Service No. 3 - Extended Coffee Service: 1) The Expected Number Of Participants - A Maximum Of 1,100 People, Except That The Expected Number Of Participants Of A Single Meeting Will Be Not Less Than 10 People. 2) The Purchaser Allows The Possibility Of Reducing The Maximum Number Of People, I.E. 1100. The Employer Will Settle Accounts With The Contractor For Performing The Service Based On The Actual Meals.
