European Funds For Education And Personnel In Łódź, Measure 8.8 Vocational Education Of The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Union With The European Union With Funds Of The European Social Fund Plus In The Field Of: 1) Bartending Training And Degree ; 2) Training Barista ; 3) Waiter Training; 4) Training Molecular Bartending . 2. The Funds Spent On Training Come, At Least 70% From Public Funds Within The Meaning Of The Public Finance Act. This Statement Is Aimed At Applying A Rate Of Exempt Vat In Accordance With Art. 43 Para. 1 Point 29C Of The Act On Tax On Goods And Services And § 3 Para. 1 Point 14 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of December 20, 2013 On Exemptions From Tax On Goods And Services And The Conditions For Applying These Exemptions. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In Annex 9 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Has Made Every Effort So That No Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Includes In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Order Documents, The Name/Number/Title Of The Norm, Commercial Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, Is Only Indicated, It Is Only An Informative Nature Or Aims To Clarify The Subject Of The Contract And Should Be Understood As Sample, And Considered Together With The Word Or Equivalent Provided That The Parameters Are Guaranteed Not Worse (The Same As Described In Swz Or Better) Than Those Assumed In The Above -Mentioned Documents. 4. If A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. When Analyzing The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By A Or Equivalent Word, Which Means That The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. The Obligation To Demonstrate That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Lies With The Contractor. In The Case Of Offering Solutions Equivalent To The Solutions Specified In Swz And Attachments To Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Requirement Arising From Art. 101 Para. 5 And 6 Of The Pzp.5 Act. Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement - Annex 8A To Swz - Regarding Part 1.6.
