Quotation are invited for Provision of 24-Hour on-Site Security Services for a Period of Three (3) Months from March 2025 to 31st of may 2025 at the Union Masonic Temple, in Kimberley, Northern Cape. The Completed Original Quotation Documents must be Placed in a Sealed Envelope Clearly Stating the Quotation Number and the Name of Service Provider. The sealed quotation must be deposited into the Tender Box situated at the reception area on the ground floor of the South African Heritage Resources Agency, 111 Harrington Street, Cape Town 8001. Note 1: Bidders that are not Tax Compliant on the Closing Date for Bids or at Any Time after the Closing Date, must Rectify Their Tax Compliance Status within 7 Working Days of being Requested to do so. Bidders that Remain Tax Non-Compliant after 7 Working Days of being Requested to Rectify Their Tax Status, will be Disqualified.
