The Iasi Court Intends To Purchase Services For Presenting, Processing And Sending Procedural Documents And Reference Of Internal And International Correspondence For The Iasi Court And The Courts Rounded Up By The Open Auction Procedure Completed With The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 12 Months, As Following: - Presentation, Processing And Shipping Services Of The Procedural Documents Issued By The Iasi Court And The Rounded Courts; - Services For Receiving, Processing And Delivering The Simple Internal Correspondence References With The Recommended Service And Of The Internal Correspondence References With Ar Reception Confirmation; - Services For Receiving, Processing And Delivering International Correspondence References With The Recommended Service And With Confirmation Of Reception Ar; - Receiving, Processing And Delivery Services Of Internal Postcards. The Services Offered Must Be In Accordance With The National And European Union Legislation, And, As The Case May Be, The Protection Of Data, The Environment And The Norms Of Planning Of The Territory. Data Protection Includes The Protection Of Personal Data, The Confidentiality Of The Information Transmitted Or Stored And The Protection Of The Right To Private Life, In Compliance With The Legal Provisions In Force. When Elaborating The Technical Proposal, The Specific Conditions For The Delivery Of The Postal Items Established By The Regulatory Authority Will Be Respected, According To The Provisions Of Art. 10 Para.
