The Contracting Authority Intends To Provide An Assignment For Noise And Visual Measures In The Vlietland Recreation Area And The Vogelplas Starrevaart. If The Traffic On The A4 National Road Is Less Audible And Visible, It Will Benefit The Experience Of Both Areas. The Measures Consist Of A Combination Of Noise Screens And Planting. Recreation Area Vlietland Is Owned By The Province Of South Holland. The Vogelplas Starrevaart Is Owned By Staatsbosbeheer. The Total Project Of Noise And Visible Measures Has Four Route Parts, Each With Its Own Characteristics And Requirements For The Implementation Of Measures.
