Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Registration Certificate in Category d3/k3 or above 2. Valid Gra Tax Clearance. 3. Valid Ssnit Clearance Certificate. 4. Valid Labor Clearance Certificate. 5. Valid Business Registration Certificate. 6. Valid Public Procurement Registration Certificate. 3. Bids shall be Accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of Tender Price and Valid for 90 Days after Tender Closing Date from an Insurance Company of Good Standing with Ghana Insurance Commission. 4. Completed Tender Documents should be Deposited in a Tender Box at Mccoy College of Education Conference Room, Nadowli on or before 10:00 am on Tuesday 11th March, 2025. Tenders will be Opened in Public in the Presence of Bidders or Their Representatives Who Chose to Attend. 5.
