Tenders are invited for Supply of 58 Green Sheeting 10000m to the National Hospital of Sri Lanka. Qualified institutions and individuals can submit applications for the above supplies. Relevant applications with bid conditions can be obtained from the Supplies Section of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka from 24.02.2025 up to 18.03.2025 on weekdays between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on payment of a non- refundable fee of Rs. 8,000.00 made to the Shroff of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka. Quotations received will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on 19.03.2025 at the Supplies Section Office of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka.
