Tenders are invited for Undermentioned Lands and Buildings. Relevant tender documents can be obtained from 24.02.2025 up to 19.03.2025 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekly working days of Monday, Wednesday and Friday from Ms. A.L.S.M. Athuraliya of the Office of the Cooperative Development Assistant Commissioner, Kegalle on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 and a refundable deposit of Rs. 2,000.00. Completed tender forms, the relevant cover marked as tender quotations at the left-side top corner, could either be sent to the liquidator by registered post or placed in the Tender Box kept in this office, to be received at or before 3.00 p.m. on 21.03.2025. Tenders received will be opened at 1.30 p.m. on 24.03.2025 at the office of the Cooperative Development - Assistant Commissioner, Kegalle.
