Assessment Of The Current Operational Status And The Degree Of Maintenance Of Each Unit. Emphasis Will Be Placed On Attraction (Engines, Including Maneuvering Machines Or Diesel, Oil-Electric Or Electric Attraction And Car) B. A Comprehensive Technical Inspection Of The Reported Rolling Stock, Which Will Include The Following: I Technical Estimation Of The Current Status Of Each Roller Material And Detection Of Major Deviations In Relation To Optimum Condition, According To The Specifications Of The Manufacturer, Ii. Calculation Of The Remaining Life Of The Rolling Stock In Years Of Efficient Service (Without Reconstruction). Iii. Recommendations On The Best Available Mechanisms To Ensure The Conditions Of Conservation/Improvement Of The Operational Status And Duration As Well As Maintenance Of The Rolling Stock. C. Description And Documentation Of The Actual Current Status Of The Rolling Stock In The Delivery/Acceptance Forms.
