Transport Equipment And Auxiliary Products To Transportation - Procurement Of Tire Delivery And Assembly Services. A Performance Contract That Is Intended To Include The Following Deliveries And Services Is: (I) Delivery Of New Tires For The Ivb Buses Including Rdks Sensors And Valves, (Ii) Disassembly And Disposal Of The Alto (Iii) Assembly Of The New Tires On The Rims And Cross Cutting Of The Track Tires As Well As Assembly Of The Rdks Sensors And Valves, (Iv) Balancing And The (V) Support Of The Ivb In Creating A Concept For Optimizing Costs In Tire Use. The Performance Contract Should Be Concluded For The Definitive Duration Of One Year. The Client Optionally Has The Option Of Extending This Benefit Contract Twice By One Year Each. The Option Is A One -Sided Design Right Of The Client; At Its Free Discretion, She Can Extend Or End The Performance Contract.
