Ivago Is Responsible For The Collection Of The Waste In The Destelbergen And Heusden Municipalities. To Realize These Collections, Ivago Wishes To Rely On A Service Provider. The Service Provider Will Be Responsible For The Collection Of Residual Waste And Gft Waste. Ivago Determines The Frequency Of Collection And The Days Of Collection On Which This Collection Must Be Done. The Proposed Calendar Must Be Followed. The Waste Is Offered In Din Containers That Are Equipped With Electronic Chips. The Containers Must Be Weighed For Determining The Fees With An Accuracy Of 0.5 Kg. The Assignment Consists Of The Collection And Removal (Within A Radius Of 35 Km From The Town Hall Of Destelbergen) Of Household Waste That Is Collected At The Connection Points And Are Offered For Collection. It Concerns The Following Fractions Waste: - Picking Up And Removing Residual Waste With Collection Frequency: 1 X Every 14 Days (26 X/Year). - Picking Up And Removing Gft With Collection Frequency: 1 X Every 14 Days (26 X/Year). - Picking Up And Removing Christmas Trees: 1X A Year. - The Occasional Collection (And Removal) Of Household Waste Bags Residual Waste Next To The Regular Collection Of Containers. - The Occasional Collection Of Residual Waste And/Or Organic Waste On Days Other Than The Regular Collections. The Number Of Connection Points In Destelbergen Is Set At ± 8,000. Furthermore, In This Specifications A List Of The Actual Number Of Offers Of Residual Waste And Gft In The Year 2023. The Service Provider Must Have The Vehicles And Staff To Perform This Assignment Qualitatively. The Staff Used Must Have The Right Education And Competencies. The Vehicles Used Are Environmentally Friendly And Meet The Current Emission Standards. If The Service Provider Has Zero-Emission Vehicles, This Is Considered An Advantage. The Collaboration Starts On 1 June 2025 And Runs Until December 31, 2027. This Assignment Can Be Extended Twice By The Contracting Authority, Each Time For A Duration Of 1 Year.
