Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked Original and one hard copy marked Copy of the bids. The bids shall be valid for a period of 14 days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plcs Procurement Office not later than 05th/03/2025, at 04:00pm local time. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plcs Head Office Board Room at 04:30pm.
