The successful vendor will need to be a specialist for relevant test software as a service, as well as an expert psychometric consultancy (helping with the requirement analysis, customisation, training and evaluation).ESA is following the overarching two objectives to 1. keep up high proven quality of the psychometric assessments as such and 2. raise effectiveness of the process by a) full automatization of the test report writing and b) integration of (insourced) administration into SAP success factors (applicant tracking within recruitment suite).
