At The Stuttgart Location, The Diakonie Clinic Stuttgart Intends To Modernize The Existing Five Surgical Halls With An Expansion By An Operating Room Including The Adaptation Of The Associated Functional Areas In Approx. 3-5 Construction Phases, So That You Meet The Existing Requirements, The Reorganization And The Conversion Of Radiology (Installation Mri And Angio-Op) Including The Adaptation Functional Areas In Approx. 2- 3 Construction Phases, Both With Complete Renewal Of The Technical Building Equipment And Medical Technology, Expansion Of The Cafeteria And Personnel Changing, Optional Examination And Treatment Rooms, Optionally The Modernization Of The Kitchen And Optionally The Dismantling And The New Building Corner Falkert-/Lerchenstraße On The Mother House Area. This Should Be Done Through Partial Dismantling, Increase, Expansion And Conversion Of The Inventory. The Construction Work Must Be Divided Into Numerous Construction Phases And Take Place When Hospital And Surgical Operation Is Running. The Technical Building Equipment Must Also Be Completely Renewed In The Current Hospital And Operating Room And Create A New Technology Level. Furthermore, The Construction Phases Place High Demands On Hygiene And Fire Protection. Due To The Inner -City Location Of The Existing Building, Very High Demands On Construction Site Logistics, Processes, Construction Management And The Planning Of Legal Building Permit Procedures Are Required. The Performance Phases 1 - 5 To Hoai Are Created For The Overall Project. For The Individual Construction Phases, The Other Service Phases 6 - 9 Are Then Processed Separately. The Costs Must Be Set Up And Pursued In Terms Of Construction. The Schedules, Including An Overall Frame Plan, Must Also Be Set Up And Monitored For The Individual Construction Phases.
