Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Comprehensive Multi -Branch Design Documentation And To Make A Multi -Family Multi -Family Residential Building Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In The Town Of Człopa Ul. Witosa 7A, On Plot No. 43/4. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Area Of ​​Special Protection Natura 2000 Plb320016 Forests Of The Forest Nad Drawa And In The Area Of ​​Protected Landscape Flowers On The Drawa. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) The Implementation Of Complete Multi -Branch Design Documentation, Including The Development Of A Multi -Branch Technical Project, To The Extent In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws 20122.1679); 2) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction Intention; 3) Making An Effective Notification Of Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining Permission To Use ( If Required), Including The Energy Characteristics Of Individual Residential Premises; 4) Liquidation Of 2 Wells (Water Intakes) Located On Plot 43/4 In Accordance With The Agreed Documentation And Permits; The Liquidation Of The Well Should Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of An Authorized Geologist; 5) Construction Of A Facility-A Multi-Family Residential Building, In Accordance With Approved Design Documentation: A) The Characteristic Parameters Of The Planned Facility Should Be Adopted Based On The Architectural And Building Design Of The Residential Building And The Land Development Project Constituting An Attachment To Pfu; B) A Multi -Family Residential Building Is Planned As A Three -Storey, Underestimated, Covered With A Flat Roof. The Construction Of The Building In Modular Or Prefabricated, Large -Panel Technology. One Staircase Was Designed In The Building, Equipped With A Single Passenger Crane. On The Ground Floor Of The Building, Two Apartments Are Designed To Take Into Account The Needs Of People With Disabilities; C) In The Vicinity Of The Building, A Communication System Is Planned, Which Includes A Hardened Access Road With Parking Spaces, Pedestrian Access And A Shelter For Parking Bicycles. One Place Should Be Supplied A Power Cable Enabling The Installation Of A Power Supply Station To An Electric Car; D) The Building Is Planned To Locate The Time Of Waste Collection Place In The Form Of A Hardened, Roofed Square.E) To The Building, All Necessary Connections And Technical Installations, Including Water Supply, Should Be Built To The Building, Sewage, Rain, Electricity, Lightning And Teletechnical. A Supply Of Water For External Fire Extinguishing Should Be Provided.
