The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Comprehensive Multi -Branch Design Documentation And To Make A Multi -Family Multi -Family Residential Building Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In The Town Of Człopa Ul. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) The Implementation Of Complete Multi -Branch Design Documentation, Including The Development Of A Multi -Branch Technical Project, To The Extent In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws 20122.1679); 2) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction Intention; 3) Making An Effective Notification Of Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining Permission To Use ( If Required), Including The Energy Characteristics Of Individual Residential Premises; 4) Liquidation Of 2 Wells (Water Intakes) Located On Plot 43/4 In Accordance With The Agreed Documentation And Permits; The Liquidation Of The Well Should Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of An Authorized Geologist; 5) Construction Of A Facility-A Multi-Family Residential Building, In Accordance With Approved Design Documentation: A) The Characteristic Parameters Of The Planned Facility Should Be Adopted Based On The Architectural And Building Design Of The Residential Building And The Land Development Project Constituting An Attachment To Pfu; B) A Multi -Family Residential Building Is Planned As A Three -Storey, Underestimated, Covered With A Flat Roof.
