Council Is Seeking The Services Of A Suitably Qualified And Resourced Contractor To Work With Trc Waste Services To Provide, As A Minimum, The Specified Services In Maintaining Existing Weighbridges At Council Waste Management Facilities. Councils Intent Is To Engage A Specialist Contractor With Capacity And Capability To Undertake All Maintenance And Calibration Services Identified And Detailed In The Specification. The Contractor Will Be Required To: - Repair, Maintain, Calibrate And Certify Existing Weighbridges Currently In Operation At Council Waste Facilities. Trc Is Seeking To Form A Long Term Agreement With A Suitable Firm To Achieve The Following Objectives: - Ongoing Maintenance, Accuracy And Operation Of Existing Weighbridges At Council Waste Facilities;- Realise Resource Savings By Avoiding Resource Hungry Procurement Processes;- Realise Financial Savings By Including Economy Of Scale, Having Consistent Delivery Standards And Providing Increased Confidence In Delivery Times.
