The Objective Of The Farmers Creek Precinct Masterplan Update Is To Identify Current Status Of Infrastructure Delivery, Environmental Works Program And Planning Contexts Across All Planning Units In The Following Sections Of The Plan: Section 2: Review And Reassess Weed Density And Occurrence Mapping, Vegetation Mapping And Threatened Species Habitat Mapping And Likelihood Of Occurrence Assessment, Relevant Database Searches Regarding Fauna, Threatened Species And Communities And Other Environmental Data, And Rapid Waterway Condition Assessments. Section 3: Update Policy And Planning Context To Reflect Current Environmental, Biosecurity, Planning Policy, Revised Land Zoning And Community Usage Following Implementation Of Shared Pedestrian Network. Section 4: Survey Farmers Creek To Identify Environmental Management Constraints And Opportunities Due To Environmental Changes Since 2017 Such As Recent Fires And Flooding. Section 6: Update Sections 6.4, 6.5 And 6.6 To Reflect Hard And Soft Engineering And Environmental Works That Have Been Undertaken, Are Still Required Or No Longer Required. Section 7: Cost Estimates And Implementation. Liaise With Lcc Staff And Lola Staff To Discuss Program Of Works Undertaken To Date, As Required. Review Community Engagement Actions Throughout The Plan In Relation To Best Practice And Make Appropriate Recommendations. The Review Should Have Regard To Aboriginal Engagement, Core Community Values, And Priority Areas For Community Education. Update Any Strategic Actions As Required. Develop A Riparian Management Plan The Main Objectives Of The Riparian Management Plan Are To Prioritise Maximising Biodiversity And Community Outcomes As Well As Identify Areas Requiring Bank Stabilisation, Erosion Control Or Other In-Stream Works.
