Contract No. T25020 - Stonnington Environment Strategy Suitetenders Are Invited For The Provision Of Consultancy Services To Develop A New Cohesive, Integrated Environment Strategy Suite To Replace Several Existing Strategies And Action Plans That Have Recently Expired, Or Are Due To Expire, While Also Incorporating Several New Themes.The Intention Is To Create An Overarching Strategy Document With A 15-Year Horizon (Out To 2040), To Be Accompanied By Rolling 2-Year Action Plans That Cover Five Key Priority Areas, And Other Relevant Supporting Documents. To Assist With This Process, Council Is Seeking The Expertise Of A Suitably Experienced Consultancy To:-Review Existing Relevant Strategic Documents And Progress Made To-Date.-Conduct A Swot And Gap Analysis Covering Internal And External Barriers And Enablers (Past, Current And Anticipated), And A Minor Service Review.-Undertake Design And Support Delivery Of A Multi-Stage Internal Engagement And Community Consultation Process.-Develop Draft Documentation For The New Environment Strategy Suite.-Develop A Monitoring, Reporting, Evaluation And Improvement (Meri) Framework And Relevant Kpis And Indicators.-Undertake A High-Level Economic And Cost Analysis Of Recommended Actions.-Review Existing Policy Documents To Ensure Alignment, And Develop Any Identified New Policies As Required (Provisional Task Only).Note: The Vendor Panel Online Forum Closes Five Business Days Prior To The Abovementioned Tender Closing Date.
