Job Mastering Follow-Up Shall Provide Assistance With The Intention That Participants Get And/Or Containers, Paid Work. The Aim Is That Participants Shall As Far As Possible Be Self-Supported With A Stable Connection To Working Life. Job Mastering Follow-Up Can Include, Among Other Things, Work-Orientated Guidance And Cognitive Training With The Aim Of Strengthening The Participants Work Ability, Work Practice At Employers In Ordinary Working Life, Career Guidance, Assistance With Targeting Job Search And Job Development, Guidance And Advice For Work Participation, As Well As Follow-Up And Facilitation At Work To Facilitate Transitions To Work And Ensure Job Maintainance.
