Site Visits May Be Arranged To Assist With The Detail Required For Tendering, Ascertain The Nature Of The Site, Access Thereto And All Local Conditions And Restrictions And Availability Of Resources Likely To Affect The Execution Of The Works. Inspection Of The Site/Establishment/Properties Is To Be Made Strictly On An Appointment Basis Through The Etenderwales Platform. Swansea Council Project Manager Is Nathan Rees – Senior Project Manager The Contractor Will Be Appointed In April 2025, Start On Site Will Be Approximately June 2025. The Material Shall Be White. Existing Windows To Be Carefully Removed Taking Care To Minimise Damage To Internal Reveals. Windows To Be Disposed Off-Site, Glass To Be Recycled. Carefully Remove Existing Door Taking Care Not To Cause Any Damage To The Door Or Frame. External & Internal Colour – White With Grained Finish
