Tenders Are Invited For Joint Public Market For Services Relating To The Carrying Out (Statements) Of Industrial Wastewater Discharges Within The Framework Of The Application Of The Industrial Sanitation Contract Or Taxation As Provided For In The Water Code
The Subject Of The Envisaged Public Market Consists In Taking, During The Agreed Period Of Samples From The Discharges Designated By The Administration And The Spge, According To The Technical Prescriptions Contained In The Regulatory Part Of The Water Code (Articles R.326 To R.336) Relating To Certain Execution Provisions Relating To The Techniques For Measuring The Evaluation Parameters Of The Polluting Load. The Samples Taken Will Be Analyzed In Accordance With The Provisions Provided For By These Same Articles. This Market Is Made Up Of Two Lots.
