Reserved Assignments Art. 15. A Contracting Authority Can, In Accordance With The Principles Of The Treaty On The Functioning Of The European Union, Access To The Placement Procedure For Social Workplaces And Entrepreneurs Who Aim For The Social And Professional Integration Of Disabled Or Disadvantaged People, Or The Implementation Of These Assignments Reserved In The Context Of Protected Labor Programs, Provided That At Least 30 Percent Of The Employees Of These Workshops, Companies Or Programs Are Disabled Or Disadvantaged Employees. In The Announcement Of An Assignment Or, In The Absence Thereof, Another Order Document, The Reservation Referred To In The First Paragraph Is Stated With Reference To The Present Article. The Contracting Authority Can Refer To A Workplace, An Entrepreneur Or A Program That Corresponds To The Terminology Used In A Decree Or Ordinance And Established Conditions. However, He Must Accept Workshops, Entrepreneurs And Programs That Meet Equal Conditions.
